Windows 10: Dedicate certain network card towards certain app?

I have both Ethernet and a USB WiFi adapter. Windows prioritises the Ethernet above all other network cards, probably because it is part of the motherboard. I want dedicate the WiFi adapter to an app called MEmu which is a android emulator or in other words block the Ethernet connection for MEmu so that I uses the WiFi adapter instead. Is this possible?

Can't access certain websites in Win10

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community.

I appreciate your efforts and time.

• As I understand you are unable to access certain websites, what websites are you not able to access?
• Have you logged in with a Microsoft account or a local account?

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

• Network troubleshooter. Either search for it in the Search or run it by following the link below.

• Try a different network adapter/connection type if possible.
• Check for Windows Updates.
• Check for drivers for the network adapter.
• Open a CMD window as Administrator:
  • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  • sfc /scannow
  • netsh winsock reset

Also try to restart the DNS service.

• Press Windows Logo Key+X. Click on Run.
• Type services.msc. Click on Ok.
• Then find DNS client. Right-click on it to Stop it and Restart it.

How to prohibit Windows to connect to wi-fi with certain SSID?

Windows all the time keeps connecting to certain open wifi networks that I do not know and do not intend to connect to. I would like to configure that the wifi adapter never connects to networks with certain SSID (effectively making a list of banned SSID's).

I have an issue with a new network card I bought (Asus ac-68). I can use it to connect to a hotspot created with my phone but trying to connect to a different (wpa2 enterprise protected) network results in a "can't connect to this network" message. With
my old network card (which I replaced because of poor reception, TP-Link t9e) I could connect to the same network. I'm not sure whether it's a hardware, driver or other issue. Does anyone have any clue on what to do?
