    Hello Microsoft Community,I am experiencing an issue with my Acer Aspire A715-76G laptop running Windows 10, which is equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 dedicated GPU. Despite multiple attempts to enable the dedicated GPU, my system continues to use the integrated Intel graphics instead.Here is what I have tried so far:Setting the NVIDIA GPU as the preferred graphics processor in NVIDIA Control Panel both globally and for specific applications.Configuring Windows Graphics Settings to use the dedicated GPU.Disabling the integrated Intel graphics in Device Manager.Performing a clean inst

    I am getting video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error blue screen error when ever NVIDIA gpu is used by pc. This is hapening after I reinstalled windows 11 on my pc.

    Acer Aspire 7 A715-76G

    Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12450H 2.00 GHz

    Installed RAM 16.0 GB

    System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

    GPU NVIDIA RTX 3050

    helpppp i don't know what it did but everytime I use caps lock, number lock they seem to have two notification things and one is inverted???

    yea weird.

    Its a acer aspire A715-76G.

    Was working fine until recently, I'm running windows 11
