    For us to isolate the issue with your external fan, please provide the following information:

    • When did the issue start?
    • Have you tried connecting other USB external devices to your laptop? If yes, what was the result?
    • Have you tried connecting your external fan to another computer?

    replacement cooling fan

    I had just installed a new replacement cooling fan in my laptop it matches the one i removed it also shows that it is operatingnormally,but I keep getting a system pop up message saying to shut down my computer and bring it in for service how can I remove
    this from popping back up
