I would be happy and appreciate if you could please help me with some questions:

1) The first question is:
If you can please perform
Ranking list of the most powerful processors and powerful motherboards The strongest from the strongest to the weakest ..

2) The second question is:
If you can please perform
Ranking list of the newest processors and newest motherboards (in terms of their year of manufacture) from the newest year to the oldest year

3) The third question is what is the best combination of a powerful processor and a powerful board would you combine together?

Help choosing CPU + GPU combo

I'll be assembling a PC for a friend, he gave me his list of components he wants.

He's got an i5 6500 and AMD r9 380 twin frozer GPU as a combo
He intends to play mainly League of Legends and diablo 3... so yeah, no need for much horse power.

do you think his CPU + GPU combo makes sense?
