Windows 10: Default location for Windows 11 Explorer won't allow me to open to 'Home' but always opens...

When I open Windows 11 explorer the location default is 'Home', but the folders and files displayed are OneDrive. I can go to options, and change the default to 'This PC', which works, or to 'DropBox' which also works, or I can even change it to [Username] - Personal, which is actually my OneDrive folder and it works, showing the correct address in the address bar... but when I change it back to 'Home', which should show my most recent folders and files, it just shows the OneDrive folders, even though the address bar says 'Home'. Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?

File Explorer STILL not opening

Greetings,

File Explorer has not been opening for at least a month. I have followed Microsoft's given steps in Fix
File Explorer if it won't open or start multiple times with no success. Has anyone found a solution?
