Windows 10: Default Profile

Discus and support Default Profile in User Accounts and Family Safety to solve the problem; When I setup windows 10 I remove several apps and programs but every time a new domain user logs in it re-installs everything.     Default Profile


    When I setup windows 10 I remove several apps and programs but every time a new domain user logs in it re-installs everything. Is there a way to setup a default profile when all users login? Thanks

    Because I dont want it to interfere with my settings... Same with TrustedInstaller, System and "hidden" accounts... For example, When I am in "Services" and I enable a program, I notice that later I would go back and somehow the "status" has been changed
    back... How can i fix this, other than "Taking Over" the folders???

    Thanks!!!

    P.S... Yes, I have Windows 10, but thinking of upgrading to "Pro" version... any thoughts??
