Windows 10: Default web browser keeps opening new home pages in a new window or keep refreshing

Hi,I have windows 10 on my computer and it is up to date.For a few days now my computer has been randomly opening up the default web browser multiple times to my home page Google search. It opens multiple windows at once and automatically to the point that I can't do anything. I have changed the default browser to different default browsers but it still does the same thing on all browsers. I have checked for extensions and add ons on all browsers but nothing seems suspicious. I removed Chrome my default browser multiple times from my computer and reinstalled it to see if it is a chrome pro

Hi,

As about a week ago my computer has been randomly opening up the default web browser multiple times to my home page. Some times it only opens two or three pages and other times it opens twenty four new pages. I have changed the default browser to Google
Chrome and Mozilla Firefox but it still does the same thing on all three browsers (the third browser being Microsoft Edge). I have checked for add ons on all three browsers and Mozilla is the only one that has default ad ons that I have left on.

I have used Multiple different malware removal tools and done a few different virus scans but nothing has showed up.

I have used TDSSKiller, Trojan Remover, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Microsoft Emergency Response Tool, Windows Defender, Adwcleaner and SuperAntiSpyware. None of hem detected anything except for Adwcleaner which removed some tracking cookies.

I have also rebooted my router and computer a few times each but have yet to start my computer in safe mode.

There doesn't seem to be any pattern as to when it happens, as I write this post it hasn't done it yet. Also one other thing to note is that that web browser that is open keeps refreshing each page non-stop. I haven't installed any new programs of late
either.

Open new tab / window in S60 browsers. 2 techniques

On my 5800 UK v5.0.005



1) Open web browser... brings up list of book marks

2) Options -> Go to -> New web page

3) enter www.newtab.co.uk, then press Go to

4) Press arrow icon in bottom-right

5) Options -> Subscribe to web feed

6) Select "New Tab"



That's the set up.. Now to use it



1) Open google.com

2) Select Options -> Go to -> Web feeds

3) Select "New tab" from the feeds list

4) Select "Open new tab" from list

5) Select "Open new tab" from top of web page

Now there are two windows



Try deleting the feed from your phone, then following those steps.. let me know how you get on
