Defective PrintScreen capturing function missing a 3-pixels column on the left

PRINTSCREEN KEYS
PrintScreen has always worked perfectly on any app, any browsers, any combinations:
[Prt Scr] or
[Ctrl]+ [Alt]+[Prt Scr]

DEFECT
Since 2-3 months [Prt Scr] is working with a slight defect. It captures the desired windows but shifting the captured windows for 3 pixels: any capturing is now getting 3 pixel column from the right side of the desktop, then the rest of the window. Here is a picture explaining the defect
Here is a full-desktop 1920px-width image captured with a [Prt Scr] from Firefox Browser:




If you look carefully on the left side of the image, you'll see there is a grey 3-pixels-column that doesn't exist in the image. On the bottom left side, you also see there are 3 colored pixels that doesn't exist in the image:





Consequence is that i can't use the captured image as it is, I have to correct image. More, the right side of the image misses a 3-pixels column, as well.
It looks like capturing function "shifted" capturing of 3 pixels to the right, resulting in imperfect capturing, imposing me careful post-elaboration of any screenshotted image.

ON ANY APP, ON ANY MONITOR
This defect didn't happened since 2-3 months ago. Now it happens on any app: Office app, browsers, other apps. This happens on the laptop monitor as well as on a separate mointor.
Snipping tool [Windows]+[Shift]+ shows the same problem both with full-image capture or window-capture.

BROWSER SNIPPING TOOL WORKS
I tried a Firefox plugin snipping tool and it worked correctly. But it works only on browser windows, it doesn't capture Office app windows or other apps. More, this detail made me think that this screenshot problem it could not be a hardware graphic problem, but a Windows problem.

Do you have any suggestion to fix this problem?

Printscreen/ screenshot?

This functionality isnt available on WP7 yet. We will have to look forward to 'Mango' and see if that update brings us anything.

There is no API as of now that developers can use in their apps for screen capture..

 

PrintScreen does not capture 4k

Hi,

I use 4k monitor. When i press PrintScreen on keyboard or use Snipping tool, Windows captures only 1920x1080 image at the top left corner of the screen and the the rest of the image is black. It does not capture 4k shot. Please help.
