snipping tool defective in Windows 11
in Windows 10 Gamingsnipping tool defective in Windows 11: Just did the switch to Windows 11. The snipping tool doesn't work - it cuts off the bottom of the image and also doesn't snip from my extended monitor. Snipping from the monitor is just an image of black and white lines.
