Windows 10: Defender firewall has blocked some features of Avast...

I got a popup stating that defender firewall has blocked some features of Avast. It was after a Quality update on 08/11. I have searched here and through Google for other questions or/and responses and am not finding any other mentions of this. Can I allow access or is this some scheme for me to do just that and open a door for someone with bad intentions. Also is there any way to tell exactly what in AVAST is being blocked?

This path has already been blocked and unblocked...

What does this mean?

 

Problems with the Firewall when using Avast.

Hi, My Windows 10 notebook is running free Avast Antivirus so it prevents to set up Windows Defender Firewall On. However, due the Avast Firewall it is not a free tool, the Avast Firewall is not running neither. What should I do so that set up at least one
of these Firewall On? Tks in advanced for any help.

 

Avast Firewall Blocking Ubuntu Windows Store App

Avast Firewall is on and set to ask for connections to allow or block.
I installed Ubuntu Windows Store App, but could not connect.
Avast Firewall did not ask anything. It always asks even if the program is a Windows Store app, but for Ubuntu app, it does not.
I tried to add it as a rule, but it only accepts exe files.
How can I add a Windows Store App (or in this case Ubuntu app) as a rule in Avast Firewall or how can I stop Avast from blocking Ubuntu App?
(Adding C:\Windows\System32\bash.exe as a rule to allow did not help.)
