    defender não consegue excluir totalmente trojan


    Quando acesso o internet banking da Caixa Econômica com o internet Explorer aparece o Trojan:VBS/Encascurl, toda vez ele é removido mas ao entrar novamente aparece outra vez. Faz um mês que esta acontecendo. Tem como resolver? Alguém mais esta sofrendo essa invasão?

    Não abre vídeos e bloqueia

    Olá

    No programa Fotografias, sempre que abro uma pasta e inicío o visinamento de fotos, quando chega a um
    vídeo, não o consegue abrir e bloqueia a aplicação Fotografias totalmente, obrigando a forçar o encerramento no Gestor de tarefas.

    Os vídeos em questão são 3gp.

    Será que não lê o formato 3gp?

    Defender locates trojan win32/Dynamer!ac but cant remove it

    Thanks for the link. When I run step 1, tdsskiller it does not find the trojan. It looks like this progam is only scanning disk c, defender is locating the trojan on disk d.

    Any ideas?
