Windows 10: Deferring Update to Windows 11 23h2 and/or solving update issues

I am having Windows Update problems With Windows 11 22h2 Cumulate updates and Cumulative update preview updates. all other updates are fine. If I can't solve the update problems is there a way to defer download or installation of the upcoming Window 11 2023 Update on the upcoming Patch Tuesday date?Dave Binko

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.
