Windows 10: deinstall Visuall C++

I must uninstall MS Visual C++ Redistribution Ver 2017 and Ver 2015. The deinstallation process fails. Not sure what to do next? I want to install Sketchup and that package installs its own version of Visual C++ Ver 2015. It can't install until, at a minimum, I de-install the Ver 2017 I have on my Surface Pro.

I suggest you to uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package to check if it helps.

a) Press Windows key + x key and select
