Windows 10: DEKSTOP UNAVAILABLE & APPS CAN'T OPEN.

So, i upgraded my laptop to Windows 11 last night and there's many bug. So, i restore my Windows to Windows 10 and i got bug too.The bug is my desktop completely black and there's a message "desktop unavailable", i tried to search on internet they all fix the issue in file explorer but i can't open any application, and there's nothing in my taskbar beside Windows menu and search menu. Also, I can't open settings.I tried to uninstall my latest update on Advanced Boot Options, but the menu is missing.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

App unavailability

We'd like to know if this happening on all of the apps in the Windows Store in your PC? If yes, we suggest resetting your PC. Please follow these steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Choose System.
• Select Apps and features.
• Choose Store.
• Click on Advanced options.
• Then, Click Reset.
• Restart your PC and check if it helps resolved the concern.

If it's not happening to all of the apps, we suggest getting in touch with the app developer and ask assistance.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
