Windows 10: Delete all fonts on Windows and reinstall Windows default fonts

Hi all, I have had an issue with my browsers showing a very hard to read font when viewing code. Unfortunately, support has not been able to resolve the issue. This started happening after copying all fonts from my old PC to this new PC. This same issue was happening on my old PC so I believe it has something to do with a Font file interruption which myself or support cannot pinpoint. I want to try start over again. I cannot do a system restore as mentioned by support because of another reason. So, I would like to delete all current fonts on this PC and reinstall default windows fonts like w

• Which Windows 10 build are you using?
• When you say ''Tried the one in the font menu but it didn't work!
  ‘’did you tried the option Restore default fonts settings? If not you can try the below steps.

Let’s try to restore the default fonts settings and check if this helps.

  Type fonts on the Windows search bar and select
  Fonts.

  Click on Font settings on the left pane and click on

OSX Like Fonts in WINDOWS, possible ?

can you have OSX like font smoothing in Windows ?

for some reason I like the OSX font smoothing really good to read.

I know safari can do that, but what about all of Windows ?
