Windows 10: Delete all user-installed fonts but keep all default windows fonts

Dear all,Recently, I installed over 500 fonts on my windows 10. For a reason, I like to delete all of them. I want to delete all fonts that I installed and keep the fonts that came with windows installation.I know how to uninstall a font, but I can't read and find every 500 fonts I installed before; I need a method to restore all installed fonts to default automatically.Please Guide me as it’s an essential issue for me.Best Regards

• When you say ''Tried the one in the font menu but it didn't work!
  ‘’did you tried the option Restore default fonts settings? If not you can try the below steps.

delete fonts that are not default

I have installed too many fonts and every graphic software is slow to load.

I know how to delete a single font, but I don't know which one is a default font and which is not.

I would like to know if there is a way to remove all the fonts but the default ones.

Step 1:

• Download the font type you want to install.
• Right click and click on install.
• Check if you are able to view the fonts in documents.

Or

Step 2:

• Download the font type you want to install.
• Open Control Panel.
• Click on fonts.
• Now, drag and drop the downloaded fonts in the font’s folder.
