Windows 10: Delete and re-install included Windows font?

I have a weird issue with a couple apps/pages...On Yahoo Mail, for example, the default display font has gotten switched to Impact font.Yes I've checked all the settings on Yahoo and Firefox etc.The only fix people have found for something like this, is just to delete the offending font.BUT I'd still like to be able to use that font.So I'm thinking to delete the font, thus fixing the issue, and then re-install it.BUT: Impact is included as a Windows font. I can't find a way to download it safely, legally without paying $$$ for it.And I don't want to have to restore ALL Windows fonts, if I

Some web pages not displaying fonts correctly: at a loss here  

For me this works:

Step 1: Run Command Prompt as administrator.

Step 2: Type C:\Windows\Fonts\Arial.ttf and press Enter.


Then I get the install option (no longer greyed out)

Problem using the newly installed fonts has a lot of causes. One example is the font was not installed properly. To isolate the issue, can you answer the below questions:

• Are you getting any error messages?
• If yes, can you include a
  screenshot?
• Have you tried dragging the Futura LT font to the Font File folder? (Go to Fonts (Control Panel) and drop the Futura LT font)
• Have you installed the Font before? If yes, try the below steps

• Go to C:\Windows\Fonts using File Explorer.
• Find the font file and open it to preview the font.
  
• In the preview window click Install on the top right corner and you’ll reinstall the font manually.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
