Windows 10: Delete Password Requirement

I am setting up an HP laptop with windows 10 for my 83 year old aunt. I don't want her to have to enter a password to get into the computer. Someone was helping me set it up and created an outlook email and password. I want to get rid of that requirement.

When I go to netplwiz there is no box where I can unclick that users must enter a user name and password. I tried this on my own computer and that box came up just fine, but not on this new laptop.

Can you tell me another way I can delete that requirement?

Enable Require password on Wake up Windows 10

To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest disabling and
enabling the Require a password on wakeup settings on your power plan
by following the steps below:

• Open the Advanced power settings for your current chosen
  power plan.
• Click on the Change settings that are currently unavailable link.
• Set the Require a password on wakeup settings to Yes
  or No, and click on OK.

• Click “Start”, type “Power Options” in the start search box, and press “Enter”.
• Click on “Require Password on Wakeup” on the left pane.
• Select the option “Change settings that are unavailable”.
• Select the option “Don't require a password".

Delete file in password-protected archive without entering password?

I open the archive and can see the list of files but as soon as I double click a file it asks for the password. But deleting the file from the same interface requires no password.
