Windows 10: Delete "preferred" IP address -Windows 10

Desktop PC running Win 10 Pro 21H2, fully up-to-date. PC's Ethernet port is directly connected to a FiOS Ethernet jack on the wall without a router or modem. Strange Ethernet problems started recently that may be linked to this PC's "preferred" IP address, which is listed by ipconfig /all. I have done full scans with Windows Defender, Malwarebytes, and SuperAntiSpyware but nothing was found. The problem totally disappears if I switch this PC to using WiFi via a router that's connected to a different Ethernet port in another room and with a different, independent IP address. So that suggests

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to find printer’s IP address:

1. Type Devices and Printers in the Windows search bar.
   
2. Select on the printer and click on
   Manage.
   
3. Click on the Ports tab.
   You will be able to find printer’s IP address under the ‘Ports’ tab.
   

Few printers also have a “Test print” option on the printer. When you print a test page from network printer, the page shows the IP address along with other details.

Note: If it is set on DHCP mode the IP address will constantly change.
The IP address is assigned automatically by your router using a protocol called DHCP.

IP Address Bandwidth Monitor

I am looking for a bandwidth monitor that tells me how much bandwidth each IP connected to my server is sending/receiving (preferably listed in Mbits). I currently have Netlimiter 2 Pro, but that only does bandwidth monitoring by process (it lists IPs but doesn't tell how much bandwidth each one is using). It would need to run on Windows Server 2003 and not have any web-based requirements (it is not a webserver so can't support a webpage-type monitor). Does anyone know how to do this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Change preferred IP address Windows 7

When a device is configured to obtain an IP address automatically but the device does not receive an IP address from a DHCP server (usually because the device is not properly authenticated to the network),
Windows uses Automatic Private IP Addressing (APIPA) to assign IP addresses of the form
169.254.x.y.

Please do the following:

Open a Command Prompt window (type Command Prompt in the Search box and press Enter)

1. In the black Command Prompt window, type the following and press Enter after each line

ipconfig /all > "%userprofile%\Desktop\ipinfo.txt"

notepad "%userprofile%\Desktop\ipinfo.txt"

exit

1. In the open Notepad window, click Edit > Select All (or press CTRL+A) then click Edit > Copy (or press Ctrl+C)
2. In the body of your Question, Right-click > Paste (or press CTRL+V) the data from the Notepad window
3. Close Notepad and delete ipinfo.txt from your Desktop

How are you assigning the IP address of 10.10.10.10 to your CNC controller?

Do you get a Properties dialog box like this:
