Windows 10: Delete the existing admin account and shifting to another account

Hello, Recently I brought a new laptop. While creating the user account I logged in with my sister's account. Now I want to take that laptop and give my old laptop to her. So how can I change the new laptop with my account and change my old lap with her's. I want to delete one account and create another instead of just adding it. Can this be done without factory reset?

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.

guys quick question can you change your account from admin to limited from within xp providing there is another account that is admin

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
