Windows 10: Delete/unsync Windows account from Laptop

HI


so I’ve bought a new pc and on that pc I use my one and only outlook account. This outlook account I also have on my laptop that I want to sell. The problem is now I tried litterally everything but I just can’t get rid of the account on the laptop. Whenever I go on settings -> account I can still see my Outlook account. I did a factory reset and removed EVERYTHING and reinstalled Windows but this just stays the same. I also went on my outlook account settings page and removed the Laptop from My Devices. If I could just Remove my first administrator user it would be all good but even that I can not do. I made another user on the laptop and I also made this user a Administrator in the hope that I could remove the first User where my account settings are on but I just can not remove this first User. Can you please help me

Unsyncing Accounts?

Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to unsync accounts and their files from one another on Windows 10. As I want to have a work account and a personal account, though when I try to delete a file from one account it seems to affect all the other ones as well,
is there a way to make it only delete the file for just that account?

Hi, I have question about how to unsync an account from one of two laptops and switch out of the account?

See, a while ago my moms laptop somehow got synced to mine and I dont know how to disconnect and put in her microsoft account instead. I've tried to manage the account and devices linked but even when I say to delete the device, she still has to sign in
to the laptop with my account to access it. I've also turned off syncing in account settings of my laptop but still its connected. Is there anyway I can disconnect my account from her laptop so that she doesnt have to sign in with my account to use her laptop?
