Windows 10: Deleted account on netplwz

Hello, i accidentally deleted my account while trying to remove password for loging in on my computer. When i did that and locked my PC i could not unlock it again. It was saying it was not correct password. Then i tried to install new Windows but my BIOS was locked. I unlocked BIOS by removing CMOS battery and it worked. But when i put media creation tool on my usb, and reset my PC and boot BIOS its not giving me an option to boot media creation tool via USB. I somehow managed to install Windows 10 but it won't let me activate it error code 0xc004f074. I looked on YouTube how to solve this

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Deleted account keeps reappearing
