Deleted Accounts reappear after a while.

I've tried deleting them from the control panel, from settings, from regedit, and the command prompt, but nothing happens, they always reappear. I read through what people said about it online, but none also worked. I asked Copilot, it just tells me the same stuff. There aren't useful videos I could find on YouTube as well. Could someone help me?

    :)
