Windows 10: Deleted camera from device because of error showing when try to opening camera, now not...

I am not able to open camera, it is showing error "we cant find your camera error 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached"i had already restarted, reset and looked in hide in device manger.plz help.Now i have downgrade my laptop from window 11 to window 10 to download driver for camera but still not able to solve the problem.Window 10 version: 10.0.19045*Moved from Windows insider.

If you open the start menu and type in CAMERA and then the app comes back with the message "We can't find your camera" then you might need to check the driver that serves your camera device. Is your camera listed in the >settings > devices area?

USB 2.0 Camera

I just installed a USB2.0 camera,it shows in Device manger and others but i cant open the camera????
I dont know whats the name or model of the camera my friend just gave it to me...
