Windows 10: Deleted files are removed everywhere

I keep getting a notification from one drive saying Deleted files are removed everywhere this usually happens when I play a game on my pc. I was not getting this before. Is OneNote deleting important files??

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

App for deleting files while being used by another process...

Most of the time, booting in safe mode, as administrator, will enable you to remove those files (maps).

however, there are some programs out there to do just whatyou ask, I once found one after some searching on google. So either try my suggestion, or in fact search on google perhaps?

"Force delete" will bring up enough info on this.
