Windows 10: Deleted inbuilt webcam driver, need to reinstall

My device is hp laptop Windows 11. I deleted the inbuilt webcam driver by mistake and now the webcam won't work.The camera driver is missing from device manager so I can't reinstall driver from there.I have already tried: aTroubleshootingbTried"scan for hardware changes"cTried "Add legacy hardware"dDriver is not in the'imaging devices'.eTried resetting camera app.fRestarted the device 3-4 times.gI tried downloading driver from official hp site but i dont know which driver to download and howThank you.

Reinstall webcam driver

Are you having trouble reinstalling the webcam driver? If so, here's how you can update drivers in Windows 10:

Webcam Driver Update is Automatically Deleted

I would suggest that you follow the steps mentioned below and check if you are able to rectify the issue.

Step 1:

Un-install/remove all the previous webcam driver software that are located in your PC.

Step 2: Go to Device Manager and follow the procedure below.

• Click on the Start button, and type “Device Manager” on the search bar.
• Open Device Manager, double click and expand Webcam
• Right-click the device, and click Uninstall.
• Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click
  OK to remove the driver.
• After the uninstallation is complete, reboot your computer.
• After you have successfully uninstalled the driver, please go to the computer manufacturer’s website, download the Windows 10 driver for your computer and check.
