Windows 10: Deleted languages installed earlier are still there

Hi,I need help:Earlier I had 3 languages installed - English, Russian, and Portuguese. Then I removed the Portuguese Time & Language > Language & region > Remove language so that only English and Russian were left.I also had shortcuts set for each language earlier - Ctrl+1 for Russian, Ctrl+2 for English, and Ctrl+3 for Portuguese. And after I removed Portuguese, there was a mess with these hotkeys. Although the Portuguese language wouldn't show up among my Windows languages in "Language & region", it from time to time popped up as the selected language despite I

Typing language problem

Why is Use language list only showing UK, and not US as another option in view of the steps I have taken to install it and put it at the top of my list? What is the' language bar', referred to? I don't think I have ever seen it, or am not recognising it if I had. And why is Keyboard shown as English UK when Settings is opened?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Remove the Existing language.

  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Existing language.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add English Language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the English language from the given list.

To remove the Croatian language in Windows 10, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app, select Time & Language, and click
  Region & Language.
• Under Add a language, select English, and click
  Set as default.
• Select the Croatian language and click Remove.
  
• Close the Settings app, restart the computer, and check if the issue persists.
