Windows 10: Deleted lot of files form local disk c

Hello. After searching I found that I had deleted a lot of system files. And i really need help. I dont know what should i do : As you can see I dont even have settings, i deleted bunch of important things :/ Pls teach me step by step if not i probably wont understand anything if you could provide a video tutorial, I would be very grateful.

Is it posible to stop an ESP partition in my C: drive to show as a local disk?

Help, please.

Currently using a home-built desktop PC; I cloned the old HDD system of the previous PC to an SS drive in the new PC and upgraded to Windows 11. After that I had not been able to make Windows 7 Backups.

I have followed a lot of suggestions from these forums, but no solution found.

It seems to be related to the junction point or reparse point (reparse point points to a volume employing FAT file system.) They suggested to check its properties and it is supposed to show "Type is listed as Mounted Volume", but in my case it says "File folder". They suggested to delete the folder, which I did, but when I later checked it was there again.

Checking the partitions in my system drive. I noticed there is a "Primary-FAT32 (LBA) ESP" partition which shows as a local disk

So, my question is: is it posible to stop that ESP partition in my C: drive to show as a local disk?

 

Local Disk C: Space Issue

Right click on the disk, go to properties and then disk cleanup, there you should find something like clean system files, delete all previous system saves and keep only the last.

 

Cannot delete files in Temp

There are a few files that i cant delete in
C:\Documents and Settings\1st User\Local Settings\Temp
which are ~DF567B.tmp, ~DFB71E.tmp, ~ROMFN_000007A8 and Perflib_Perfdata_7a8.dat. And some times there are a few more.
What are these files and why cant they be deleted?
