Windows 10: Deleted Microsoft Email

The email associated with my microsoft account is linked to my laptop. I used my school email. When I finished school, the email account was deleted.My laptop frequently asks me to change my password. This time, it appears I cannot remember the password I changed it to. To reset my password my password I have to access my microsoft account associated with the laptop. You can see where I am going…The email I used for my microsoft account no longer exists. Therefore, I cannot change my password and access my laptop.Please can anyone help!

Deleting Multiple Email from Windows 10

• Type mail in the search box to open mail app.
• click on the folder from which you want to delete multiple emails.
• click on enter selection mode in the search
  area.
• click on multiple emails and click on delete.

2. Is your Windows 10 associated with this email account?
   

I would suggest you to login to
http://login.live.com/ with the email account that is deleted to check if you are able to login and if the account is still active under Microsoft.

If you are able to login with your account and you wish to close the Microsoft account, you can follow the steps in this article on ‘How
to close your Microsoft account’ and see if it helps.
