Do you know what I can do to fix it It used to get high fps in Minecraft with no hitching no it's really slow the wifi randomly stops and it hitches in games even when I install other iso windows 10 and 11 and custom I think msr reserved partition contained important system components

It is better not to delete Microsoft Reserved Partition because it contain.

A Microsoft Reserved Partition, or MSR, is a partition of which is created to reserve a chunk of disk space for possible subsequent use by the operating system (Installed to a separate partition). It should be
noted that no meaningful data is stored within the MSR; though from the MSR, chunks may be taken for the creation of new partitions, which themselves may contain data structures.
