Windows 10: Deleted my user in hkey_users

Windows 7. I've deleted a directory in registry with my user in hkey_users. After that a new one was created automatically but I'm having some issues other than just losing a lot of settings and need an advice on how to fix them.Some mouse settings reset after restart. The most important ones are pointer speed and enhance precision.Right click folder view settings don't save at all. Just opening the same folder again shows me the default "details" view setting.Can't set some default programs from properties menu even thous I can use them from "open with" just fine.It would be nice if there was

deleted hkey_users

please help me i accidentally deleted some file in regedit HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-2222927510-643638541-3330423546-1001 and when i checked it again the one with "classes" at the end is gone and the one without "classes" is still there and now my my dekstop
is just turn on and off or blinks but its show empty dekstop theres no apk and only dekstop when i try to open task manager nothing wrong but the dekstop still errror please help me

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
