Windows 10: Deleted NTuser.dat file

    Deleted NTuser.dat file


    I accidentally deleted NTuser.dat file from

    C:\users\hp 450\NTuser.dat

    And just after i deleted my laptop gave an error message "your pc ran into a problem it will restart in a few seconds" and after that i couldn't login my laptop.

    Note i used shift+delete to delete the file it won't be present in the recycle bin Deleted NTuser.dat file :(

    Cannot delete files in Temp

    There are a few files that i cant delete in
    C:\Documents and Settings\1st User\Local Settings\Temp
    which are ~DF567B.tmp, ~DFB71E.tmp, ~ROMFN_000007A8 and Perflib_Perfdata_7a8.dat. And some times there are a few more.
    What are these files and why cant they be deleted?

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection not working even after resetting Windows.

    Hi,

    As well as the 3 ntuser files listed, there are 5 ntuser.dat(*****).regtrans-ms files and 2 ntuser,dat(*****).blf files.

    Do I copy those as well or unselect them like the 3 you listed?
