Windows 10: Deleted Oem15.inf and Oem32.inf .

Hello, I made a very dumb decision. Core isolation was turned off because of the incompability of oem15.inf and oem32.inf from logitech. Because of that I went to command prompt as Administrator and deleted it using the command "pnputil /delete-driver oem15.inf /uninstall /force" and "pnputil /delete-driver oem32.inf /uninstall /force" . Now I'm able to use core isolation and memory intergrity works but my audio doesn't since both oem's are missing. In short, how can I get oem15.inf and oem32.inf back and I'm sure core isolation woud probably not work again so what could I do about that? Or sh

Remove-Item -Path "C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\oem15.inf" -Force

or

pnputil /delete-driver oem15.inf /uninstall /force

Run the command sfc /scannow wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Failed to delete driver package: One or more devices are presently installed using the specified INF.

and otherwise I get a message saying its restricted.

 

How can I get rid of oem15.inf no matter what I do I get the same result, please help
