Windows 10: Deleted Photos Virus/malware

So I think that my computer has a malware or its been virused.. I can’t really tell since my computer is acting fine and its not showing any symptoms but I’m always having protected folder access blocked from svchost and other apps. So I had this explicit images of mine on my computer since the virus was there it was there before I saved those images to my computer. it was called Un_A and I’ve read that it was a virus. I deleted those pictures immediately when I got it saved for 20 minutes, because I knew something was off. Now I know that some viruses or malwares are not really that harmful t
