Windows 10: Deleted the Documents folder on my computer, it deleted on OneDrive too and I can't restore

As the question state , I deleted the Documents folder accidentally and I tried to restore it from OneDrive only to find I can't because I already have a folder of the same name. Issue is I can't rename or change that folder in the recycle bin on OneDrive and I can't change it on the laptop either. Is there another way without having to roll back to an earlier day and lose the work I did?As a side note, hate the recent update. Haven't had issues with OneDrive before this. Now both Desktop and Documents autosync causing issues and error messages about me not having paid. Why would I pay when I

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

Will I be forever stuck with these unnecessary folders? *Oh Well hwell:

 

Is it ok to delete all the files/documents in temporary folder(Temp)?

My Documents Files - Deleted?

For some reason all the files apart from My Games/Crysis Wars have been somehow deleted without my doing. Strangely, I went to play Crysis Wars the other day and my profiles were gone, thinking nothing of it I proceded to reset them up. Also strangely, I did not install any games folders in My Documents, somehow the folders Games/Crysis Wars just appeared, when, I really don't know. I have install my OS on a seperate hard drive and My Documents as well as every other folder used as storage is linked to another seperate HDD. Tried a system restore, still no good, why? Has Crysis somehow deleted/corrupted this folder? confused:
