Windows 10: Deleted user account is only account available when trying to sign in to Microsoft Account...

I'm trying to Add phone photos from a connected via Bluetooth android phone on my Windows 11 PC. Via Gallery, when i click on "Add phone photos", i get a dialogue box popping up to sign in to my Microsoft account. Unfortunately, the only account available is for a user no longer on this computer no idea what their password is/was. No option to use the administrator my account. I have removed this other users account from this PC, and restarted my system. However, in Add phone photos, this former account still is the only option that pops up for me to access. What's up?

Deleting User Accounts

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.

 

Attempts to delete account result in freeze.

I'm trying to remove a user account off a Toshiba laptop but each time I try to delete the account, the User Accounts thingy freezes. Any ideas on how to delete the account?

Does anyone know how to delete an administrator account from another os on another partition (or using a live cd)?

I dont have access to the administrator account and i need to remove the other administrator account
