Windows 10: deleted windows os now laptop wont allow me to do much of anything! help!

i was trying to clean out some files so i had enough free space to factory reset laptop , and i accidentally deleted windows 32 operating system and possibly other files that were empty but important i guess. now laptop has a black screen and wont allow me to troubleshoot anything wont allow me to open any downloads, wont open setting wont open when i press windows key , wont pull up task manager not even when i use ctrl+alt+del, wont allow me to change setting in my admin account, or any admin setting i try to open it says i am denied access. wont allow me to back up or restore says it cant find any back ups. wont let me use recovery. when i shut down 3 times and try to reset pc its says i dont have enough space. if i try to reboot wont work, if i try to do any of the options on that screen pressing f10 or f12 none work or help. for some reason when i click on acer file i go to properties and go to security then advanced it says owner is TrustedInstaller, wont allow me to edit or add user or change owner also wont allow me to check special access. the search bar wont work either. alot of certain things are not working. i think i need to make a windows media creation tool but i cant open downloads. please can someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it pleaseeeeeee.

Deleting contacts from Windows 10


When you say Windows Mail Live are you referring to Mail app or Windows Live Mail?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Live Mail.
• Press Ctrl + 3 using your keyboard. Right-click on the contact to delete it if it is a single contact.
• Highlight all contacts by pressing Ctrl + A.
• Click Delete located on the Ribbon bar.
• Click OK when you see the message These contacts will also be deleted from Hotmail, Messenger, and other Windows Live services.

After following the steps above, all your contacts that you have manually added to your account will be deleted however, contacts coming from third-party sites such as Facebook will not be deleted unless you remove Facebook from your account.

For Mail app:

Open People app then delete the contact.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

My hp laptop wont turn on

This is a frequent problem am sure as you have already seen from online searches.

Flea power is usually the culprit here, basically its residual power that remains on the computer even after thecomputer has been shutdown. You can drain the flea power with the steps the other answers have suggested.

• Disconnecting the battery and adapter
• Press the hardpress the power button for 30 seconds
• This should clear the flea power
