  1. Deleting a user on a PC

I have 3 PC's set up in the same way with Windows 10 and office 365.

I can acces all my e-mails and files on any one of them.

On of the PC's is not frequently in use, and I would like to give this PC to my grandchild JONATHAN.

    My question is:

how do I remove myself as user, and at the same time remove all my files and my e-mail account with e-mails from this PC only?

    My plan is:

enter Setup/accounts/Family and users/ add users and add JONATHAN as administrator

    Create MS account for JONATHAN

    enter JONATHAN

enter Setup/accounts/Family and users/ and delte my user

As I understand Windows will then delete my user, including my files on this PC and my e-mails and connection to my e-mails.

In my Office subscription I've got 5 Office instances.

Will the Office instance on the PC remain, after deleting my user?
Will all connections to my e-mails and files disappear on JONATHAN's PC?

Do I have to uninstall Office (incl OneDrive), and re-install Office (incl OneDrive) on JONATHAN's PC ?

I will still want to connect to my files, and e-mails uninterrupted on the other PC's I've got including my Surface and phones.

Is this plan the way to go?

    :)

  3. Kreij Win User
Current active users that are friends

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
