Windows 10: Deleting files on the desktop makes them reappear after I start a game

I have a fresh Windows 10 installation and somehow, whenever I delete something on my desktop the files reappear once I started a game. If I try to delete these reappeared files (Pressing DEL, shift + DEL right click and then delete or dragging it into the bin do not work) it says "could not find element", then the file stays there.

If I right click on my desktop and then click on refresh the item disappears.

I have all updates installed, everything else works completely fine, I also checked for viruses with the defender tool but it didn't find anything.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? The "fixes" I found on the internet (like the corrupted recycle bin fix) did not work.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to delete the folder and check if it's reappear.

• • 
    Open the Command prompt with admin (Windows +x and select Command prompt).
    
  • 
    In the command prompt, type the command below and press enter.
    
    NOTE: Substitute
    Full Path of Folder within quotes below with your folder's full path within quotes instead.
    
    RD /S /Q "Full Path of Folder".
    
  • 
    The folder should now be deleted.
    
  • 
    Close the command prompt.

windows 10 deleted my desktop files

Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

copied all files again to desktop.

Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

• Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
• Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
• Click on Users, select your User name
• Go to desktop folder

Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.

• At a fixed time?
• When you do something specific?
• At random?
