  1. Deleting or accessing a UWP app on a different hard drive

I had to reset Windows to factory settings, meaning all apps from drive C:\ get deleted. However, I had a game installed from Microsoft Store Forza Horizon 4, if this is important onto another hard drive, which wasn't touched by resetting Windows, and now I ended up with like a 50 GB folder on my D drive, which I can't access or delete.

Is there any way to delete that folder, or like show Windows that there's an app in that folder which I can run like you can do in steam with game folders?

    :)
