  1. Deleting/Removing the MS account associated with my PC

I do not see an option to delete the MS account associated with my PC.

Windows Settings --> Accounts --> Email and Accounts --> my email appears --> Manage Account which brings me to the Windows login page. Once logged in, where do I go to delete the account?

All of the online tutorials shows an option to "remove" or "delete" the account. I do not see one.

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Remove MS Account on pc with Windows 10

Thank you for your reply. This did not solve the problem. While it allows me to access my pc with my Microsoft 365 account, it does not allow me to use all the features. For example, the OneDrive folders on my pc are associated with my old, errant, did even
know I had it MS account.

I've just gone through the steps to delete the old MS account. It does say that it requires 60 days before the old account is truly gone.

How can I remove this old, never used but one, MS account from this PC so that I can use my 365 account as the administrator to include having the OneDrive folders on this machine? Will reinstalling WIN 10 allow me to do so?
