Windows 10: Deleting /windows.old via recycle bin

Hello, I am attempting to discover a way to move my windows.old files to my recycle bin. The prompt I am receiving is that I must gain permission from 'owner' system. Changing the owenership of the file only changes the prompt name ownership request. I understand that there is a method of deleting windows.old via disk utilities, but I would prefer to compile my windows.old in recycle bin.,

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Hello, I understand that you have accidentally deleted Recycle Bin from your Desktop. You can restore recycle bin from the Windows 10 settings. Follow the steps here:
