Windows 10: Deletion of a microsoft account whose gmail has been deleted

I had an old account very old account which got hacked due to some issues so i deleted all related emails and gmail apart from microsoft account. Now I have made a new one but I want to remove the old one and give the new one administrative power.Any possible way to do both or the second part then pls do tell.Thank you

usual steps to delete Gmail account do not apply on Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE. Gmail account page does not show the option to delete account as it should. Keep ending up sign in page.want to delete account on the whole not just on the phone

Hi ! Is there any way even tricky to fully delete older hotmail accounts?

 

Attempts to delete account result in freeze.

I'm trying to remove a user account off a Toshiba laptop but each time I try to delete the account, the User Accounts thingy freezes. Any ideas on how to delete the account?
