    Pop-up message: Deliveries Need Attention

    I have a pop-up message in upper left-hand corner of my laptop Desktop that says, "Deliveries Need Attention". What does this mean, and how do I resolve it? Using a HP Notebook with Windows 10 O/S.

    Top left corner icon keeps moving

    This is what happens on every single boot, the "This PC" icon loads in top left corner, when I move it back into the block it stays there until the next startup, then is back in the top left corner again?
