    Delivery failed and canceled


    Apparently there is no section for other products on the Microsoft community feedback forum, so I just picked one. I ordered a Razer laptop from the Microsoft store, expecting to get it within the advertised 3 business days. It is time-critical, so I was happy it would be so quick. They then proceeded to send it to the wrong address, cancel the delivery, and refund me the money instead of sending me the product I asked for. I now have to wait for the product to be refunded 4-7 business days so I can re-order my laptop through a different store not risking this again and get my laptop later
