Windows 10: Delivery Optimization folder isn't there / Windows 10 home

I had to install the gpedit.msc since my system didn't had it but well i want to change my download speed for the Xbox Beta app because it downloads at terrible slow speeds My net speed is 100Mbps, which is usually up to 12mb/s download so, i installed gpedit.msc everything ok until there and then the folder called Delivery Optimization isn't there!, and i ask what can i do? i need that to change the speed of my downloads for Xbox Beta app and also for the Microsoft Store, pls help.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

  Click the Start menu button (or type “settings” in the search box), choose Settings and click Update & security (toward the bottom of the Settings window).
  
• 
  From within the Windows Update tab, click Advanced options.
  
• 
  Under Choose how updates are installed, change Automatic (recommended) to Notify to schedule restart:
  
• 
  Next, click Choose how updates are delivered
  
• 
  Under Updates from more than one place, switch the toggle to Off:
  
• 
  Click the upper-right X to close the window; your changes will be saved.
