Windows 10: Dell 17 3000 running slow but read before responding with all those "generic" fixes

The laptop runs slow if anyone is paying attention from boot to display to wherever it's going. So, it's got less than zero to do with hard drives i replaced it with a high-end SSD.Now, as far as the BIOS goes, i was wondering if maybe it's a setting or one of the updates might have done more harm than good. But you can see as it's running that it's just slow in processing, it's just taking too long on the boot. Until we get past that slowness 95% of what's generally suggested is useless. So is there a BIOS settings that can make an extreme difference?

Cortana is slow to respond.

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and it is running Windows 10. My problem is that when I first turn my computer on and ask Cortana a question it is slow to respond. It isn't slow after my computer has been running for a while. Any suggestions?

Windows 10 running slow. I bought a new laptop dell inspiring 3000 series with windows 8.1. and then I upgraded to windows 10. windows 10 is running slow, slow start up and slow shut down. Windows 8.1 was running smooth. Files takes time to open. Please
tell me what am I suppose to do.
