Windows 10: Dell 3510M Freezing with AMD Firepro W5130M

I work in the laptop industry. I have a shipment of Dell Precision M3510 with AMD Firepro W5130 discrete graphics card. The problem is that they all freeze when trying to install discrete graphics card drivers. Any one solution can fix this problem. I have tried everything from downloading drivers from AMD all versions, manually updating drivers but they don't seem to work.

AMD FirePro M5100 FireGL V vs AMD Radeon R9 M200X Series

Dell replaced my Graphic card due to an issue. Earlier it was AMD FirePro M5100 FireGL V and now it is AMD Radeon R9 M200X Series.

Can you please suggest whether this new one is better than old or otherwise? Thanks.
