Windows 10: Dell 5578 stuck at Login Screen Build 1903

I have been using my laptop with zero issues and do little more than web browsing and checking e-mails on it. Yesterday I went to open up my laptop and it is stuck at the log in screen. The background blurs like it's going to log in but does not bring up my account info or box to enter my pin. After about a minute it resets and goes back to the lock screen. I can get in through safe mode but don't know how to fix it from here. I appreciate any help. Thanks.

As said in the title, my windows 10 is stuck at the login screen

Couldn't Hold shift and Restart because for some reason i don't have the shutdown button

It's nearly impossible to interact with the login screen, mouse moves but things don't get highlighted and no matter what you write it hever shows up.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

The keyboard backlight is controlled by Dell utilities.

Check the Dell site using your Dell service tag to identify your computer to their servers then download & install

• the Dell Quickset application
• any separate keyboard drivers [if relevant]
• any BIOS update that you have not already done.

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:
