no bootable device found/diagnostic says no problems found. I'm 60 yrs old. Getting ready for online college. Need help please.

• You bought the tablet from somewhere and are using it in a different county
• The Nokia folks in this country do not support the N1 because they don't sell the N1 in that ccountry
• Instead of doing the right thing and sending it back to the Country of Origin, you are acting like an entitled fool and posting messages everywhere in CAPS demanding for help.

Follow these steps in the following order

• Create an account and beg for help
  here, they are the best people who can help you (Do not show attitude to them, or they wouldn't even reply)
• Contact Nokia support over twitter @Nokia or other channels and beg them to help you.
• Send it back to where you got it from
• Next time don't forget the "Patron" and don't blame it on a child.

Since, the above steps did not help to fix the issue. Let’s try simple steps and check if this helps. I suggest you to go to the below link, download the Synaptics Touchpad driver and install it in compatibility mode.

  Right-click on the Synaptics Touchpad driver setup file and select Properties.

  Select Compatibility tab.

  Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to contact to the computer manufacturer and check if they have released Synaptics Touchpad driver for Windows 10.
